I have been formally diagnosed with gender dysphoria. This means I will next see endocrinology to start Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) in the next few weeks. Which, in turn, means I will start to slowly appear more physically feminine, and less physically masculine, while, for a time, retaining an unsettling mixture of both.
I have a court date to legally change my name next week, and a form signed by my doctor to legally change my gender. If any of you are uncomfortable with any of that, then I'm terribly sorry. You may unfriend me if you feel so compelled, of course. But I would suggest that if you feel so uncomfortable that your first reaction is to unfriend me, that you instead challenge yourself to stick around.
